簡介 Introduction

浸信會愛羣社會服務處(下稱「本處」)非常重視您的私隱。本私隱政策說明「Re:Fresh線上精神健康自助平台」流動應用程式及網站(下稱「本應用程式」、「本平台」)如何收集、使用、儲存、分享及保護您的個人資料。

Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service ("we", "us", or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the "Re:Fresh Online Mental Health Self-Help Platform" mobile application and website (the "App", the "Platform") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal data.

本應用程式旨在方便受情緒困擾人士隨時隨地透過線上平台,包括互聯網、社交媒體及即時通訊應用程式,接受本計劃提供的情緒支援服務。

The App is designed to provide emotional support services through online platforms, including the internet, social media, and instant messaging applications, allowing individuals experiencing emotional distress to access support anytime, anywhere.

使用本應用程式即表示您已閱讀並同意本私隱政策的內容。如您不同意本政策,請停止使用本應用程式。

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.


1. 我們收集的個人資料 Information We Collect

本處可能收集以下個人資料:

  • 臉部及上半身影像(僅用於即時分析,不會被保留,詳見第8節)Face and upper body images (used for real-time analysis only, not retained — see Section 8)

向本處提供個人資料純屬自願。如您未能提供足夠個人資料,本處可能無法有效處理您的申請或提供服務。

Providing personal data is voluntary. If you are unable to provide sufficient personal data, we may not be able to process your application or provide services effectively.


2. 我們如何使用您的個人資料 How We Use Your Information

本處可能使用您的個人資料作以下用途:

3. 資料分享 How We Share Your Information

所有個人資料及輔導內容絕對保密。在有需要的情況下,本處會將部分資料給予您同意向其披露資料的有關人士或機構。

All personal data and counselling content are kept strictly confidential. Where necessary, we may share some information with persons or organizations to whom you have consented to disclose.

如閣下涉及刑事案件、有自殺或傷害他人身體的企圖時,本處有權在未取得閣下同意下將有關資料提供給有關人士或機構。

In cases involving criminal matters, suicide risk, or risk of harm to others, we reserve the right to disclose relevant information to appropriate parties without your prior consent.


4. 資料用於研究及培訓 Use of Data for Research and Training

當使用您的個人資料於研究、培訓及教學時,本處會以不能識別個人身份(即不具名形式或不具敏感性的資料)的網站訪客綜合統計數據進行。

When your personal data is used for research, training, and educational purposes, it will be processed as aggregated, anonymized statistical data that cannot identify individuals.


5. Cookies 的使用 Use of Cookies

當您瀏覽本平台時,一些「曲奇」(cookies)檔案將會儲存於您的裝置內。這些檔案只為瀏覽本平台之用,而不會收集您的任何個人資料。您可選擇不接受這些檔案,但可能會導致您無法使用本平台的某些功能。

When you browse the Platform, some cookies may be stored on your device. These files are used solely for browsing purposes and do not collect any personal data. You may choose to reject these cookies, but this may affect certain features of the Platform.


6. 資料保留 Data Retention

本處將在實現收集目的所需的期間內保留您的個人資料,或按照適用法律法規的要求保留。當個人資料不再需要時,本處將採取合理步驟銷毀或永久刪除有關資料。

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws and regulations. When personal data is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently delete it.

有關臉部影像數據的保留政策,請參閱下述第8節。臉部影像數據不會被保留。

For the retention policy regarding face image data, please refer to Section 8 below. Face image data is not retained.


7. 資料安全 Data Security

本處採取合理的技術及組織措施,以保護您的個人資料免受未經授權的存取、使用、修改或披露。所有儲存於本處伺服器的數據均經加密處理,以確保資料安全與保密。

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure. All data stored on our servers is encrypted to ensure data security and confidentiality.


8. 臉部數據政策 Face Data Policy

本應用程式包含「Re:Mind 智能身心健康追蹤」功能,使用流動裝置的相機鏡頭掃描用戶臉部及上半身影像,配合AI人工智能技術,即時分析以下健康指標:

The App includes the "Re:Mind Smart Wellness Tracker" feature, which uses the device's camera to scan the user's face and upper body image, combined with AI technology, to analyze the following health indicators in real time:

  • 心率 Heart Rate
  • 心率變異 Heart Rate Variability
  • 壓力指數 Stress Index
  • 呼吸頻率 Respiratory Rate
  • 副交感神經活動 Parasympathetic Nervous System Activity

8.1 臉部數據不會被保留 Face Data Is Not Retained

明確聲明:本應用程式不會保留、儲存或記錄任何臉部影像數據。
Explicit Statement: The App does not retain, store, or record any face image data.

臉部影像僅在掃描過程中即時使用,用於計算上述健康指標。一旦分析完成,臉部影像數據將立即從裝置記憶體中丟棄及刪除,不會被儲存於裝置本地、本處的伺服器或任何其他位置。影像資料不含音訊。

Face images are only used in real time during the scanning process to calculate the health indicators listed above. Once the analysis is complete, the face image data is immediately discarded and deleted from the device's memory. It is not stored on the device locally, on our servers, or in any other location. No audio is captured.

由於臉部影像數據在分析完成後立即被丟棄,不存在任何儲存期限。本處沒有任何理由、也不會以任何方式儲存臉部影像數據。

Since face image data is discarded immediately after analysis, there is no storage duration whatsoever. We have no reason to store, and do not store, face image data in any manner.

8.2 臉部數據的處理方式 How Face Data Is Processed

所有臉部影像分析僅於用戶的裝置上本地進行(on-device processing)。臉部影像數據不會上傳至任何雲端伺服器、外部伺服器或第三方系統。整個掃描及分析過程均在用戶的流動裝置上完成,影像數據不會離開用戶的裝置。

All face image analysis is performed locally on the user's device (on-device processing). Face image data is not uploaded to any cloud server, external server, or third-party system. The entire scanning and analysis process is completed on the user's mobile device, and the image data does not leave the user's device.

8.3 臉部數據不會與第三方共享 Face Data Is Not Shared with Third Parties

本處不會將臉部影像數據與任何第三方共享、傳輸、出售或以任何形式提供予任何第三方。
We do not share, transmit, sell, or otherwise provide face image data to any third party in any form.

由於臉部影像數據不被保留或傳輸,因此:

Since face image data is not retained or transmitted:

  • 沒有任何第三方能夠接收用戶的臉部數據 No third party can receive the user's face data
  • 沒有任何第三方能夠存取用戶的臉部數據 No third party can access the user's face data
  • 沒有任何第三方能夠儲存用戶的臉部數據 No third party can store the user's face data
  • 本處沒有與任何第三方共享臉部數據的理由,因為臉部數據根本不被保留 We have no reason to share face data with any third party, as face data is not retained in the first place

8.4 分析結果的儲存 Storage of Analysis Results

臉部影像分析後所產生的健康指標結果(非臉部影像本身)會儲存於浸信會愛羣社會服務處的加密伺服器,以便用戶日後查閱其健康追蹤記錄。

The health indicator results generated from the analysis (not the face images themselves) are stored on Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service's encrypted servers so that users can review their wellness tracking records.

這些結果僅包含數值數據(如心率數值、壓力指數等),不包含任何臉部影像、面部特徵數據或任何可用於識別或重建臉部影像的資訊

These results contain only numerical data (e.g., heart rate values, stress index), and do not include any face images, facial feature data, or any information that could be used to identify or reconstruct face images.

8.5 演算法訓練 Algorithm Training

本處不會使用任何用戶數據或分析結果來訓練AI演算法。模型訓練所使用的資料來源為獨立數據庫,與用戶資料完全分隔,兩者之間沒有任何關聯。

We do not use any user data or analysis results to train AI algorithms. The data used for model training comes from an independent database that is completely separate from user data, with no connection between the two.

8.6 用戶同意 User Consent

在使用「Re:Mind 智能身心健康追蹤」功能前,用戶須:

Before using the "Re:Mind Smart Wellness Tracker" feature, users must:

  • 確認已年滿18歲 Confirm they are at least 18 years old
  • 詳閱並同意應用程式內的同意書 Read and agree to the in-app consent form
  • 明確授權應用程式使用相機鏡頭 Explicitly grant camera access to the App

8.7 重要醫療提示 Important Medical Notice

本功能所提供之數據僅供參考,不能替代專業醫療診斷。如有需要,請向合資格醫療專業人員尋求意見。

The data provided by this feature is for reference only and cannot replace professional medical diagnosis. If needed, please seek advice from qualified medical professionals.


9. 兒童私隱 Children's Privacy

本應用程式並非專為13歲以下的兒童而設。本處不會在知情的情況下收集13歲以下兒童的個人資料。如家長或監護人發現其子女在未經同意的情況下向本處提供了個人資料,請與本處聯絡,本處將盡快刪除有關資料。

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided personal data without consent, please contact us and we will delete such data promptly.

「Re:Mind 智能身心健康追蹤」功能僅供年滿18歲的用戶使用。

The "Re:Mind Smart Wellness Tracker" feature is only available to users aged 18 or above.


10. 您的權利 Your Rights

本處會盡力按照香港《個人資料(私隱)條例》的指引及原則,處理及持有閣下的個人資料。根據該條例,您有權:

We handle your personal data in accordance with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Under this ordinance, you have the right to:

  • 查閱本處是否持有您的個人資料,並索取該等資料的副本 Access whether we hold your personal data and obtain a copy of such data
  • 要求更正不準確的個人資料 Request correction of inaccurate personal data
  • 要求本處停止使用您的個人資料作直接促銷用途 Request us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes
  • 要求本處刪除您的個人資料 Request deletion of your personal data

閣下有權隨時要求本處停止使用您的個人資料,可致電 3751 5499 或電郵至 refresh@bokss.org.hk 向本處提出反對通知。在未有收到該通知前,本處將假設您不反對本處使用閣下的個人資料作上述用途,直至本處接獲您的通知為止。

You may request us to stop using your personal data at any time by calling 3751 5499 or emailing refresh@bokss.org.hk. Until we receive such notification, we will assume that you do not object to our use of your personal data for the purposes stated above.


11. 第三方連結 Third-Party Links

本平台可能提供第三者網站(下稱「該等網站」)的連結,並不構成本計劃與該等網站有任何形式的合作或聯繫。您可選擇經由本平台所提供的連結點選進入該等網站,但該等網站不適用本平台的私隱政策,故您必須參考該等網站的私隱政策。

The Platform may provide links to third-party websites. Such links do not constitute any form of partnership or association between the Platform and those websites. You may choose to visit those websites through links provided on the Platform, but those websites are not subject to this Privacy Policy. You should refer to the privacy policies of those websites.


12. 私隱政策的修改 Changes to This Privacy Policy

本處保留隨時修改本私隱政策的權利,而無須事先通知。修改後的私隱政策將在本頁面上發佈,並以最後更新日期為準。建議您定期查閱本頁面以了解最新的私隱政策。

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated Privacy Policy will be posted on this page with the updated date. We recommend that you review this page periodically.

This service cannot replace professional medical or clinical psychological services.
